"Bondsure"BS-P Wet Placement Waterproof Membrane is composed of HDPE film,self-adhered modified asphalt compound and isolating materials. It is featured with:
1.It is with super cohesive force.self-adhesion performance makes it safe and reliable thanks to avoiding instability of bonding with glue and the fire risks due to the application of hot-melt adhesive.
2.Three waterproof security lines in bonding membrane lap joints: stick glue to glue(Double Faced Adhesive Tape internally sealed),stick glue to membrane and coat sealing compound externally.
3.The separation of the release papers on the top and bottom surfaces makes sure the Double Faced Adhesive Tape on the membrane will not be contaminated.
4. Thanks to its good elongation property , the membrane can withstand general deformation and cracks of base course.
5.It has an excellent property of "Water-self-locking" which can confine the seepage in a limited area due to the breakage on the membrane,avoiding the invalidation of the whole waterproof layer at large.
6.As a key feature of "self-healing" performance, it can heal small punctures or breakages on its own. And it can fill the base course cracks automatically .
By wet application, the membrane maintains its property of ordinary self-adhered modified as-phalt membrane while firmly bonding with cement mortar. It is suitable to construction method of wet placement,which makes the bonding more firmly and the waterproofing more effective, avoiding the cases of bubbling in the process of construction significantly.
